Shipping policy

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination. Every package comes with a tracking number and will be updated within 24 hours of the order being shipped. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with shipping information and text message updates.

We work with courier, GogoXpress. For deliveries that cannot be handled by GGX, they will be delivered by GIKAH Express via LBC. Once the courier receives your package, you will be notified via text message to the phone number provided. From that point on, the buyer is in charge and assumes all responsibilities for losses or claims made with the shipping carrier.
